gees where to start in april 2016 they tried to get a foreclosure (even though they kept my monies that were not accounted for 1257.00$ they kept it in their freakin slush fund.) Chapter 7 first but was forced into a chapter 13 so quick we had maybe a day to look at the proof of claim which was all wrong of course now that I ve been looking at figures definetly an audit definitely work thank god were highly educated. we have nothing better to do but figure it out because we dont work, i gurss they think all homeowners are just slime. They dont even know that we have all the time in the world ok so enough abut the #%@@@$ were both disabled and my husband being very sick. So anyway I started my two payments a month for the five year plan because this is how bankruptcy works, usually. Started payments December1,2017 paid faithfully. Then we get this letter from their attorneys late October 2017 saying that we had not made our mortgage payments since October 2016!!! And Im freaking out like what in the heck I have faithfully paid them so I went down to the trustee who wasnt worth a dime who I actually paid to take care of my payments in 13. Showed the senior secretary what I had received from them oh yeah and the best part they changed ownership mid March 17 to selene dba cristiana trust. so this is who I receieved this complaint from saying I hadnt made them and the lady at the window said we dont make your mortgage payments your suppose too what are you talking about I did whats wrong here??? Well come to find out I had finished my bankruptcy in 1 year I thought wow that was quick. So what I paid over a year Nationstar took those greedy ((&^^*% even though they sold the note and kept most of it Salene got a very small fraction of what came in. I still dont understand why the trustee did this OH because he didnt do his JOB properly he didnt care or just too busy etc. etc. what ever so Went to speak with a HUD counselor about saving my home of 12 years. She stepped in and stopped the preforeclosure now were in a loan modification and they cant touch us. pray that it takes just two months I will be eligible for a loan to get the *** out of whoever's way for good. Im suing both companies oh and my second mortgage bank of america stole from me also and I didnt even owe a thing they have 389$ in their fund.
