foreclosed mortgage still showing as active not paid

3

I owned a house that was foreclosed on due to the real estate bubble. I had an 80/20 mortgage, the second being sold to OCWEN. When the house was foreclosed on, I received paperwork explaining that I am no longer responsible for the mortgage and the house went to auction, was sold and there is now people living in the house. This has been since 2012, and OCWEN is still showing that I owe them my mortgage and refuse to remove it from my credit reports stating that I still owe them the money. They say they never received any notification otherwise. Yet the house was cleared to be sold and was. How could they get title to sell the house if there was still a lien on it?? I need help getting this taken care of and don't know where to turn. Every time I call, I just get some guy reading from a manuscript and won't help me. What can I do?
