My car broke down and I brought it to Fines Ford in Bolton Ont. They diagnosed the problem. They quoted too much so I got another quote that was half the cost. I got it done elsewhere and about 3 months later that same part had a recall. I went to the dealership, jumped through hoops, gave all my paper work and they refuse to submit it to Ford Canada to get something back. Ford is sure giving them self a bad name! Way to go Ford!
