Forced to upgrade, no support whatsoever

Purchased the deluxe version, which, this year, is called "TaxACT Plus". Forced to upgrade to "TaxACT Freelancer" because "TaxACT Plus" can't manage a Schedule C-EZ and won't allow me to use a standard Schedule C. It's Upgrade or Close the Program - no other options....
