Forced shipped overpriced medication

As a warning: do not give Cigna home delivery any banking information "for your convenience" as this gives them access to collect for medication that you did not approve to be sent. I have never dealt with a company the size of Cigna that had such horrible customer service. I don't understand how they can sent medication that I did not directly approve to be shipped. I top of shipping my unapproved medication they drafted my account and then told me I could send the medication back. I did send the medication back because I didn't want to pay twice the price. Now I am stuck pacing for product I don't have any more.
