For the worst horrible treatment and lowest of low service

I renew each month with a pre paid phone card by entering the card pin,then net 10 adds the new plan and sends a text showing your plan saying welcome back When they did that they did not reconnect me properly It was a simple 5 minute fix, however it costs me almost two days going round and round with liars, deceivers trying to get me to buy a new phone. Two on line chats and would not fix one whole day of calling and waiting for return calls that never came called the main office in florida where the first *** told me he could not fix after burning 30 minutes of my time. called back and the rude receptionist got me to a supposed manager who is an *** and rudely told me lets just hurry up and get this over with. his words. Yah i wanted to get this over with from the first on line chat you *** now my phone works however now i cannot text, or send text, or send pictures these people are low life *** bags. the very worst possible company on earth User's recommendation: run, do not ever buy net 10, tracfphone.
