Ordered a personalized Cleveland Browns Jersey. The quality was absolutely horrible. The orange strip on the side of the sleeve were different shades on each side, the one stripe was a good half inch off from meeting up with the other side. The letters in the last name was crooked. It honestly looked like something my 9 year old child could have put together better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these!!! The quality of the material was actually pretty good, but the stuff on it was horrible. I ordered another one for a different child from the NFL website, that had the same exact description as on this website, and the two didn't even come close to matching up. They do have wonderful consumer service though and I was able to receive a refund after paying to ship it back, so they get an A+ for something atleast.
