Fool me twice?

A few weeks ago I ordered Revitalash Advanced Lash Serum from this company and a week later was advised that they were out of stock on the item and cancelled the order. Foolish me, when I got an email from them this week saying that it was back in stock, I ordered again, less than an hour after receiving the email. The very next day, I was emailed that they were out of stock on the item and again cancelled the order. I am not sure what these people actually sell, but it is obviously not the items that they advertise.
