Food was cold service was bad management did not help resolve problem

Crab legs felt like they had been frozen and slightly warmed up. Cracking open the leg, the meat was cold to the touch and management stated that it was due to sitting at the table. It was not cooled off. It was cold as if it had been in the freezer. Manager did not offer to take anything off the bill and only offered more crab legs to take home that would probably be cold as well. Did not assist with any type of solution. User's recommendation: Not to go.
