Food & uncaring

White Castle is a treat for me, was very upset with food and service first was given #4 instead of #1, ask for everything on burgers only 2 had it 2 sauce didn't than I was given old cold burnt fries why would a manager who was on the floor allow customer to have food like that. I was so mad decided not to go back in the store. Unhappy right now. !
