I have written. I have written to FoodSaver on 4 occasions, concerning an older machine and an order i just place for containers for a NEW MACHINE because they never answered my first email. I emailed them asking them to fix an order i placed because there was no instructions on how to place a buy 3 get 3..and if they couldnt fix to cancel the order....they IGNORED 4 emails and sent the order anyway without fixing. Sent an email again informing them I WOULD NOT accept the order and will NEVER use them again for purchases...what do i get? The order has been shipped....their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK, i can no longer trust them for ordering and give them ZERO STARS
