Food arrived cold

I ordered the spicy sausage penne and after waiting about 15 minutes the pasta was cold. I notified an employee and she took it away. After waiting another 15 minutes she brought the replacement. By that time I just boxed it up to go. The music overhead was overwhelming loud and irritating. Dirty dishes stacked on top of the trash area. Needless to say I won't be back.
