I brought my family to your Mishawaka, Indiana location for our 31st anniversary on October 05, 2018 345pm. Your restaurant was slow & employees were standing around. After being placed at table with my husband & 3 grandchildren. We placed The waitress seem frustrated seemed frustrated from the very beginning. After our order was placed. We waited over an hour for our food. My 20 oz streak & fries were very cold. I asked for the manager. The manager came and removed my streak. The rest of my family ate. After another 45 minutes my streak finally arrived again. This is after we asked for our Bill. I asked the manager to box the streak since my family was ready to leave. The manager said. You'll still be charged for that streak if I box it up & you leave the building. By then my temperament started to raising. I said I think this is poor service. We have been sitting here over 1 hour & 45 minutes. The manager said rudely. Have a nice day. That's NOT what she meant. After several words were exchanged from me and the manager. The manager said if I didn't leave she would call the police. I paid the $39.99 Bill and left your restaurant. I have been coming to this restaurant since the day it has opened. We have NEVER had a problem. The food was cold and the service was even colder. I remember reading in the bathroom. Rule number one. The customer is always right. When in doubt.
