Followed Return Policy but Continue to be Billed for Phone

Tried the risk free cell phone service advertised as 99% coverage, maybe got 75% coverage, complied with return policy for equipment, but still being billed! Altice is unreachable to resolve issues. User's recommendation: DO NOT fall for Altice false marketing claims.
