follow up to unfreeze my account

Dear Sir, i had provided all my details to unfreeze my account after job change to Mashreq bank Al quoz last week on 19/06/2019 and was told the account would be opened within 48 hrs. Service reference no is 3709272-C6Q2F0. to this day i have been visiting the branch every morning to hear they have not received any response from the other departments. I am a customer for almost 18 years and now would like to highlight that the no response from Mashreq is high pathetic and unprofessional. i was even to by the bank that there is an issue with my account which is current and is now showing joint. this is totally unacceptable explanation and should be sorted by the bank, and this has caused me allot of in convenience.
