Follow up on a claim
I can’t a contact to answer or get a prompt call back from him or anyone else in his department for a pending auto claim where your insured is 100% liable. Further, I just waited on hold for customer service for about 50 Minutes. No answer, no help. As a white collar professional, I do not have the time to chase or wait on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint at this point.
