Fm 2000 foodsaver not able to vacuum air bubbles….food destroyer !

I purchased a fm 2000 food saver and assumed it could easily vacuum pack my pound and a half small salmon fillets.I followed instructions carefully and processed 60 sockeye salmon...120 sides...almost 200 bags. We dried fillets with paper towel and kept drip tray dry....
