flt was cancelled but my daughter’s ticket was not re-confirmed with e ticket no.176-[protected]


We as a family bought the Ek tickets from middle continent travelling agency in Dubai, with below e-ticket no. respectively 1, Meng xin e-ticket no:176-[protected] (Mother) 2, Tang yuxuan e-ticket no:176-[protected] ( Daughter 2.5 years only) 3, Tang guojun e-ticket no: 176-[protected] (Father) originally we already confirmed the EK flt on 24th JUN, but unfortunately Emirate flt on 24th JUN was cancelled and all our bookings were re-scheduled to 23rd JUN except for my daughter, my question is that how come Emirates airlines as the child to leave behind without proper communication with passengers and we need our daughter's booking confirmed on 23rd JUN to be travelling with us
