Flowers did not arrive

It was all automated. Talked about going to website and handle issues. I'm 75. In my day, customer service was handled by a human. If I wanted to go on line I would. Flowers came late. They were supposed to be upgraded. Lovely arrangement but not an upgrade. NO card inside with message that was specifically given by sender Dropped at front door. Not wrapped in cellophane to protect arrangement as professional floriist. User's recommendation: Support local business.
