I'm in US. I ordered a flower basket on July, 11 for delivery on July, 13 to Kazakhstan. I was concerned that only 2 days wasn't enough, but the company's representatives assured me they will deliver the gift on time. I contacted my recipient on the afternoon of 13th and the basket wasn't delivered. I received an email and phone call from the company apologizing and explaining they couldn't reach the recipient during the day. They managed to deliver my gift the next morning though. The flower basket looked stunning and my recipient was very happy. Customer service people were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process and even offered me a good discount as an apology for not delivering on time. I'm glad they resolved the situation so quickly and at the end I'm happy with the service.
