Hello, I have one thing to say, if you want real opinion on canoak go and see it for yourself, ask for refrences or check with BBB.The company has new owners since Nov.2010 and the service as well as product is superb. I also noticed that the same complaint was posted twice under different names on few websides. It makes you wonder is this a customer or competition? Don't let others influence your judgement be your own judge. .
