Lowes third party Retail Direct gouged up a 2 day old brand new vinyl floor. At first they said they are responsible and would help solve the damage. Then they said they are not responsible (even though they hire retail direct). So retail direct made me get two estimates send pictures and then they sent out a person to see it for themselves and take pictures. Two weeks later and a few months after product delivered retail direct called on a Sunday and offered me 300 dollars for a 1800 dollar floor. The floor cannot not be repaired its a glued down full sheet of beautiful vinyl User's recommendation: Don’t shop at Lowes.
