Flood Insurance too high. Need your help

I have a home at Grand Isle that I mortgage with you to help my son and it turned out that the payments to you are too high $1700 and mainly I have to have flood insurance as this is an island. Our home flooded once with 4 inches in basement floor. No furniture on basement with washer and dryer. EMC said you could carry the insurance. Let me know. It is due $8000 by the 10th of September. Policy number is 0020096**** under name of R.T.Gibbens and Joann Robichaux and is due Sept. 10th. What is your solution and your insurance like.
