We went through Costco to have two counter tops installed in bathrooms. One was installed properly the other needs to be fixed. The counter top was not measured properly and installed wrong. Very sloppy work. I have contacted Floform to come out and have a look at the finished product which is unexceptable. I have not heard back from them. I want it fixed. User's recommendation: Do not use FloForm. Expensive and shoddy work.
