FLIRT CATALOG Does not care about their customer

I ordered clothes and shows from Flirtcatalog, the package should have been delivered o 07-11-12. I called the customer service line letting them know that Fedex delivered the package but I dont have the items. I asked what do I need to do. The customer rep stated it is my issue and Fedex, once Fedex stamps that the package has been delivered there is nothing they can do. I asked the rep which his name is Raymond if I could talk to a manager, he hung up the phone on me. I emailed the company and nothing yet.
