This is an absolute piece of crap. The pictures are completely deceptive. Contour company and Amazon should both be ashamed of themselves. On the same level as the "My Pillow" ripoff. I really need some type of support for my back in bed, this piece of junk completely collapses so there is absolutely no support whatsoever. Besides it's Tiny and I mean it's tiny. Did I mention it's tiny? This is absolutely the first negative review I have ever submitted anywhere. Very disappointing. You can be certain I will NEVER buy anything from the company again. The pictures and videos show something completely different. I knew Amazon does not completely test everyhing they sell but this product is embarassing.
