I ordered one shade for a small door and a shade for half a window and it cost me over $500. They are the natural woven shade. One came with a rod at the end that stuck out at both ends and the other didn't have it. When I complained they said it was a "hold down rod" that I ordered. I asked why the second shade didn't have one. Either way, it looks horrible. They also left out the side pieces for the window shade. They said I could reorder at a discount!
