I booked and paid for flights in 2020 - PR3RUL, HRMB2S, E4Z27D, YP6UYE... on 14 May 2020 you sent few emails about their cancellations... Indonesia is closed for tourists untill now and we can not use your 2 years credit... can you refund money for all flights? Best regards, Nick--
