Air Arabia cancelled our flights less than 14 days prior to departure. No explanation as to why the flights were cancelled. No refund but an email with a statement that credit voucher would be made available for only one year with no details provided after chasing over the phone many times. This is simply unacceptable. When booking and paying for flights no notice was clearly brought to my attention regarding no refunds policy. If I knew I would never buy tickets from them. Very poor service, daylight robbery.
