I have spoken to a rep multiple times about if their was any changes their was no answer about tht so what happen asked is their away I can talk to a manger every manger is busy all I asked was thine time I pick to leave from Baltimore was not the right time I wanted to leave the 3pm flight I was told speak to the spirit I spoken to spirit plenty of time I still you have to discuss with who I originally booked with
