Gotogate never answered the phone calls. I am wondering if this is a scam. they charged me higher fees to prioritize my calls but never answered any. they canceled a flight only for me to learn the flight was going to push through. there was no refund, no avenue to change dates. very terrible customer service. User's recommendation: never purchase from Gotogate.
