Flight cancelled by airline – no refund

Delta cancelled my flight from the UK to USA (I was emailed on 16.3.21). That notification also said that they would process a refund and aim within 30 days. It is now day 63. I have complained once - they responded saying they could see E credits on my account, I do not want credits and have not accepted them. I want a refund to my original payment method. Delta's email confirms I will get a refund. All I want is for my money to be urgently returned. I know its busy but just honour your 30 day timescale please. My refund still says pending, which is unacceptable.
