This is regarding flight od 205 from KL to Delhi on 21 August, 1800 hrs boarding gates switching at last minute resulting in miscommunication and passenger's flight being missed. Two passengers, a mother who has trouble in deciphering the announcement with a mentally challenged child were forced to pay penalty by malindo air ground staff for their own last minute changes. It is the responsibility of the staff to announce and guide the passengers waiting on gate number 6 to gate number 8 if any such last minute modifications are impacting travel. We are extremely disappointed with this misdemeanours at the flights staff end which led to such harassment of a lady and her handicapped child.
