Samsung communications was horrible. First, they took my issue and ordered an appointment to correct my issue. So far, so good. Then I received a cancellation of my order because of something I never said and something the customer service representative denied saying.I then called back and spoke to the representatives supervisor and informed him of the situation and he said that he would correct the order and make a new order to send out a technician but I havent heard from them since. I still have the issue a week later.
