I phoned their customer service department to obtain my final balance so that I could close the account. I had to phone in twice because the first rep placed me on hold for 15 minutes... I hung up phoned back and got another rep I explained my dilemma and was told I had the wrong department. I was then transferred to AR and once again explained why I was calling. The rep then say (well I cant help you with that you need to phone customer service), when I asked to speak with a supervisor the gentleman was upset and rude the next voice I heard was a supervisor. This was worse than calling the IRS and the rudeness increased every time I spoke with someone new. This place is awful not to mention their penalty fees for late payments it's over $160. If you don't pay the entire bill at the end of the month.
