This is the worst place to buy hair extensions, lace wig units or get your hair styled. The hair sheds and tangles. The lace units are defective. You will be in the salon for more than 5 hours to have your hair washed, blow-dry and styled. I made a deposit on a full lace wig unit with cash and told my unit would arrive in a week. Three weeks later, with not one response from the business after leaving several messages... I went to the salon and found out my unit was sold and I would have to wait another week... I had an engagement to attend to...so, I settled on another unit. To make a very long and complicated story short... That unit was defective... they took it back and decided to attempt to make it right, by giving me a half done weave with basically four tracks on my head and to come back later to finish. Then they wanted to charge me for the defective unit that was returned and called my employment to tell them, "SHE STOLE WEAVE". How uneducated, triflin and stereotypical of a business of that sort. A letter had to be sent to cease harassing calls at my place of employment. The experience was so horrific, I filed a complaint with the BBC (Better Business Bureau)
