I had a home mortgage with flagstar. Last year I ran into financial hardship, contacted Flagstar and was able to get my monthly payment reduced by $200 a month to have time to fix my hardship. I was very thankful for that. Once I received full time, permanent work I contacted Flagstar again to ask what my options are. I was told I could fill out an application and get approved to pay back everything past due, plus my regular monthly payments over a 6 month period then I would resume payments regular amounts. I sent in my application, the requested check stubs and also they said I needed a letter from my employer stating they have offered me a full time job and plan to keep me (which was embarrassing since new employment but I did it), I called Flagstar often, since they never once called me regarding my application. Finally I was told they needed one more check stub to accept my application. I sent it the same day. Everytime I called in the rep told me they had everything needed but didnt approve or deny my application yet. This week I call in, and finally was fed up, asked to speak to a manager, I just wanted to know my payment amount. Finally when I got a return call from a manager, she tells me my house went to sheriffs sale and was bought back by flagstar and id receive an eviction notice soon and there was nothing more they could do for me. This is my home that I live in with my 6 year old. I purchased this on my own, and have made many upgrades through the years and now suddenly Flagstar is kicking us out in zero degree weather and going to resell my home and make money while screwing me. I have been trying to find my new payment amount, I sent in everything asked, and they never contacted me regarding anything, then just tell me nothing they can do. This is beyond ridiculous and of course, I have no idea who to contact .
