FLAGSHIP CREDIT ACCEPTANCE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESSED CREDIT REPORT, UNABLE TO CONTACT/DISCUSS BY PHONE AND INACCURATE COMPANY CONTACT INFORMATION (PHONE NUMBER (800) 707****) REPORTED TO CREDIT BUREAUS

Flagship Credit Acceptance committed fraud and pulled an unauthorized hard inquiry on my TransUnion credit report as well. They also make it so you are unable to contact / discuss it with them by phone and they even report inaccurate company contact information (phone number (800) 707****) to LendingTree and to the credit bureaus. This is false information being reported intentionally. LendingTree was made aware of this and is complicit and should be legally held responsible as well since this isn't the first time this type of complaint has been made or occurred. LendingTree continues to allow Flagship Credit Acceptance to commit this fraud and types illegal and unethical business practices against the public... LendingTree is obviously gaining some type of monetary benefit to allow this to occur. User's recommendation: Start by filing complaints against both LendingTree, LLC and Flagship Credit Acceptance with - your state’s Attorney General, the Department of Banking and Securities-PA located in Pennsylvania, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse, and with the Fraud Department of each of the credit bureaus… to name a few!
