On Saturday Jan 2, I waited outside the East Meadow, NY CityMD for 4 hours and 15 minutes, plus another 45 minutes inside for a 5 minute COVID test. A TOTAL OF FIVE HOURS!! I am almost 70 years old. The woman behind me was 8 months pregnant. There is no reason why they couldnt give people in line a slip with an estimated time to return. This is so disrespectful to human life. My back was hurting for two days after standing so long. After doing research I read CityMD was fined $6 million for welfare fraud. That speaks for itself. Use another company. User's recommendation: Use a different medical service.
