Fitbit versa 2 is stuck on a app.

I was on chat with Brian and he gave me a apple site to go to. I couldnt get it to work, when I tried to go back to the chat, I had it. This is a sad set up and not very user friendly watch or the whole Fitbit group for that matter. This is a new versa 2 given by my son for Christmas 2020. I am very unsatisfied with this watch. I am uploading the watch screen. Why cant they make these things more user Friendly. User's recommendation: I do not not recommend Fitbit products. I have had the Alta and lost it because the strap came apart. Now problems with versa 2.
