I purchased an electric fishing reel from this store and despite their website saying PayPal was accepted they insisted on bank transfer being the only payment method. Sent 849AUD to the bank account given only to have it rejected as this was wrong account. A bank fee of 45AUD was charged by their bank so I resent the amount less the fees to an new account nominated by them. They then demanded an additional 10% for taxes (no tax is charged for Australian imports under 1000AUD) which I grudgingly sent on 01/05/2015. Since then I have not received the reel and the store manager will not reply to my emails and just hang up on my phone calls. Since four months have passed and I still have not received the goods I can only come to the conclusion that this store is a front for dishonest and criminal dealings and would advise prospective customers to avoid any dealings with them as I feel you will lose your money.
