First time-last time

My bank added this feature as a choice to transferring money or paying bills. I use it to send rent money to someone in college. Sent money on the 18th and got message it would be in their account on the 21st. On the 21st-no money. Called bank. They said it takes 2-3 days AFTER it is deducted from your account (19th). THEN she told me if its over $500, it takes 3-5 days. A big waste of time. I could have sent a check or used paypal. WORTHLESS I will definitely never use this option again. I have also asked my bank to read the on-line reviews, as it is obvious they have not.
