First Data now BancorpSouth is worse than ever

Since January of 2018 First Data/BancorpSouth has promised a rate reduction and then a refund for over charges made to my account. Literally HOURS have been spent on the phone due to inept associates and repeated transfers. They are trained to create a lengthy wait time and difficult process for resolving problems. When a native English speaker is finally reached she(three "different" women) is a trained con artist/actress who makes sensible promises to be kept in the near future(stick and carrot) The resolution never comes, BUT a survey comes in seconds after hanging up the phone. I fell for answering the surveys positively on two of my five calls. The third and fourth I waited for the expected result after the time had elapsed for it's promised effective date, but the survey was expired which did not allow for a negative review. This time I gave a negative review with an even lengthier promised resolution time being given. This is a practiced deception and should be addressed by regulatory agencies.
