I've had more than one issue with this bank over the past 3 years. I've attempted to use the mobile deposit option but I prefer to go to a teller to take care of that first hand instead of through the internet because I have had issues in the past getting it to work. They always give me some sort of comment about using the online app and each time I say, "no, thank you I prefer coming here to do it." And it's been each and every time they've said something. Just take the 2 minutes to process my check and let's move on. Locations are few and far between Tellers are friendly, but unless you get one of the bankers who have been there for ages, all the new ones give you a look if you have more than 3 different things you need. I try and limit my bank trips due to the locations being far away from me, so I only ask to not be given a hard time trying to give you my money, in whatever form it comes in. I pre-rolled my coins ( I'm a server so lots of change and small bills) and this teller looked at me like I had three heads. Tried to use their car loan, made it so incredibly difficult making me jump through a million hoops. Ended up using Honda Financing to do it because it was faster and about the same as using FCB. Every time I try to log in there are issues of some sort with both the mobile bank and desktop bank. Got charged 2 NSF Fee's without my knowledge and did not get ONE single notification about either. How do you not notify your customer that they need to transfer / add funds to the card to process a payment?? I want to like using this bank, but things just keep popping up that make me hate using it.
