First Convenience/First National will not admit to their mistakes
I recently had to apply for a "fresh start" loan because of NSF fees and my payments were supposed to begin on 4/25/09 and they started taking them out immediately on 4/4/09. I spoke to no less than 4 people who refused to let me speak to the person who made the mistake nor did they admit to it, and have refused to make it right. They now claim it was my fault and the employees are arrogant, rude and deceitful. They don't listen. Do not open any accounts with this bank. They are liars.
