I purchased a groupon for moving service for "First Choice Movers" and they are anything BUT my first choice for anything. After making the purchase I called the company to schedule my move and the man, who's name is Eric who apparently is everything in the company, promptly told me that they don't honor groupons and hung up. I quickly called back, told him how rude it is to hang up on someone like that whether it is his problem or not, asked to speak to someone else and he said there was no one else was there to speak to. He is was such an *** and I hope his whole company rots. DO NOT CALL FIRST CHOICE MOVERS they are rude, overpriced, and have no sense of customer service. This is the worst moving company that I have ever even considered using and they can be sure that I, nor anyone else I call a friend, will NEVER consider them again!!!
