I'm extremely feeling bad about the way Samantha spoke to me in the Buffalo Grove IL 60089 store and I need to make a formal complaint about what she did and how she was sooo rude to me in front of other customers!! I've called your headquarters no one answered and I left a message stating everything she said and I really don't want to file a complaint with the BBB yet because Im hoping you will resolve this issue with her being rude to me a 64 year old senior citizen woman who has a disability..
