I ordered two Fingerling Monkeys an 11/4/17 and paid for expedited shipping. I quickly received a payment confirmation, but the product never shipped. I have followed up repeatedly over the last month and they keep advising me to wait another 3 to 5 days. The tracking number provided hasn't changed status since 11/9 saying that the carrier has been notified of a potential shipment. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and that I get a full refund.
