Filed claim for water heater. The rep wouldn't even admit water heater is covered, then when I found the section in the policy and told him I was filing a complaint with the AG's office he said, "oh yeah, guess it is covered." They then sent a plumber who showed up 6 hours late and said it's not covered and charged me $100 for the "service fee." Company is a complete scam. Policy was through a realtor - guess they are getting scammed also. Don't waste your time or money with these clowns and let your realtor know this "warranty" has no effect on using them to sell your property.
