Hello, I purchased two (2) five gallon container of water at our local Winn Dixie located at 12120 Moon Lake Rd, in New Port Richey FL tonight and drove away wondering why I actually spent my hard-earned money in this machine. It had a dirty appearance, was rusting out at the bottom, and seemed to be leaking on the ground below it. Your competitor only charges $1.00 / 5 gallons, but I was hurrying to get home to my family and foolishly spent the additional $1.50. I have attached a photo showing the condition of your water vending machine. We probably will not go back until something is resolved to make this machine cleaner and more sanitary.
